  • Along with the RVSM Operations Manual, the International Operations Manual
    may be required for operators of N-registered aircraft based outside the United States. The contents of this manual include:

    • General international operations procedures
    • Oceanic flight operations procedures and checklist
    • MNPS, B-RNAV, P-RNAV, RNP-10 operations procedures
    • Reference materials (ICAO flight plan forms, etc.)
    • Two copies: One custom manual to keep onboard the aircraft and one to submit to the FAA for review.

Manual Subscription Service

At $2,999 for year one, per aircraft and $999 each following year, per aircraft, this Jetas subscription-based aviation consulting service includes:

  • AGHME Status Monitoring every 6 months – will send report with results to operator
  • Updates and revisions to manuals, as needed
  • If requested, Jetas will act as the FAA Agent of Service for the contract period

Part 135 Initial Certification then Annual Subscription Service

  • Jetas will act as the Agent of Service for FAA Certification
  • Certification packages include General Operating Manual,
    Training Manual, RVSM (if applicable), International Ops (if applicable)
  • Two categories: Piston Aircraft 135 Certification (9 seats or less) or
    Turbine Aircraft 135 Certification
  • Piston Aircraft Cost: $15,000 for initial certification and
    $12,000 annually for the subscription. (allow 4-8 weeks to generate
    documents for initial submission to the FAA)
  • Turbine Aircraft Cost: $30,000 for initial certification and
    $18,000 annually for the subscription (allow 6-12 weeks to generate
    documents for initial submission to the FAA)
  • Subscription service includes manual revisions and continued
    agent of service services

135 Auditing

  • Jetas staff will perform a comprehensive audit looking at all aspects of part 135 operations.
  • Jetas will interview all staff to determine level of knowledge and compliance
  • Jetas will observe all aspects of the charter operation
  • Jetas will provide a detailed report outlining positive and negative findings of the audit along with recommendations for corrective actions
  • Fees will vary based on the size of the operation and scope of the Audit. An initial retainer fee will be paid along with expenses at the end

141 / Flight School Auditing

  • Jetas staff will perform a comprehensive audit looking at all aspects of part 141/ flight school operations
  • Jetas will interview all staff to determine level of knowledge and compliance
  • Jetas will observe all aspects of the flight school
  • Jetas will provide a detailed report outlining positive and negative findings of the audit along with recommendations for corrective actions
  • Fees will vary based on the size of the operation and scope of the Audit. An initial retainer fee will be paid along with expenses at the end
